Step 1: Log into your CourtSolutions account. Navigate to the third tab along the top that says Payment.
Step 2: Click on the Payment button and update your payment information as needed.
Step 3: If there is an error of any kind with your Payment information, such as an expired credit card or no CVV number, you will know when you log into your account that you need to fix the issue. The CourtSolutions’ system will provide you with the information that the credit card processing company is providing to us. Please correct the information you have entered. When this information is correct and saved, you will be able to make your reservation request.
Step 4: Once all of the information is correctly entered, there will be no specific prompts on the screen. Be sure to click Save at the bottom of the page so that all your Payment information is updated and saved in the system for future use.
