What’s the difference between Live and Listen Only?

Live Participants have full speaking privileges on the call. The Judge can mute or put them on hold at any time. Listen Only Participants can only listen to the proceedings. The Judge can place them on hold as well.

If the Judge wants to hear from a Listen Only participant during a hearing, the Judge can click on that participant's "Unmute" button and the participant will instantly be changed to Live status. Once changed from Listen Only to Live, that participant cannot be moved back to Listen Only.
