What’s the difference between Live and Listen Only?

Live Participants have full speaking and participation privileges on the call, which include being muted and raising their hand to be recognized. Listen Only Participants can only listen to the proceedings. The Judge can place all participants (both Live and Listen Only) on hold as well.

If the Judge wants to hear from a Listen Only participant during a hearing, the Judge can click on that participant's "Unmute" button and the participant will instantly be  changed to Live Status.
