No. The best way to participate in a CourtSolutions remote hearing, is to have a phone and a computer or tablet.
If you don't, do not worry. Judges will still have a fully functional conference call experience without having to use the controls and information provided by the Hearing Dashboard, such as: knowing immediately who is on the call, muting select or all participants, putting all or a part of the call on hold, and seeing who has raised their hand to participate.
If you are a lawyer or a participant, you will also have a functional conference call experience without using the Hearing Dashboard. You will not, however, be able to retrieve or submit documents through the Document Dashboard or mute/unmute yourself without the Hearing Dashboard.
