Approving and Rejecting Participation Requests Received by Email

If someone wants to participate in a hearing telephonically, the participant registers online with CourtSolutions and you receive a participation request email from CourtSolutions with a link to either approve or deny the request. Click either “Approve” or “Deny” in the email. That’s all you have to do. We'll notify the participant of your response. You can approve or deny requests at any time.

If you click "Deny" in the email, you can select one of our pre-populated denial reasons or include any text you want. The message is sent to the requestor.

If you change your mind or make a mistake, don’t worry. You can always make changes (e.g., change approvals to denials or denials to approvals) on your home page at any time.
