Within minutes of a scheduled hearing, participants dial into the CourtSolutions access number and enter their cell phone number and secure personal identification number (PIN). That's all it takes to join the telephonic hearing.
For Judges, it is even easier. Each Judge has a personal FastAccess number. When the FastAccess number is dialed from the courtroom, the telephonic hearing begins immediately. No waiting for an operator, no codes to remember, no delays, and no hassles. It takes seconds to start a call.
During the hearing, the Judge and each participant can access the CourtSolutions’ Hearing Dashboard—a visual representation of everyone on the call. Most importantly, the Hearing Dashboard lets the Judge control the call. Besides seeing who is on the call and who is speaking, the Judge can mute any line with a single click.
