After you submit your reservation request, chambers is alerted.
Once chambers approves your participation, you (and any secondary email addressee on your account) will receive an email informing you that your request has been approved. Also, if you log in to the CourtSolutions' website, you will see your reservation and the status of the request: either "Approved" or "Pending."
If it is marked as "Pending," chambers has not yet approved your request. If it is urgent, please contact chambers directly. We cannot approve reservations.
You will receive a confirmation to the email address you have on file in your CourtSolutions account. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder or send an email to noreply@Court-Solutions.com so that your spam filter recognizes correspondence from CourtSolutions.
CourtSolutions cannot control the timing of approvals. Most chambers are very prompt with issuing approvals, but some chambers may approve participation requests just before a hearing. If you need a faster response, please contact chambers directly.
