Do I have to be in my courtroom to hold a telephonic hearing?

You can take a call from any location at any time. If the judge does not have a computer or tablet available, the call will work just fine, however, he will not be able to use the functionality on the Hearing Dashboard.

The Judge can use his credentials to open the line. The clerks and deputies have their own credentials that they can use to join the call. If court personnel are in the courtroom, they will be able to record the call using their own equipment. CourtSolutions does not have the means to record any calls.
